Creative Visualizations

Creative visualization uses your imagination to help you create the life you love. You can also use it as a spring board into deeper states of knowingness and inner guidance. This is an aspect of the workshops I run.

Why Visualize Daily?

A daily dose of Creative Visualizations makes the difference between walking through the day asleep and frustrated, and dancing through it awake and happy.

Why? Because when we tune into our highest self on a daily basis we can develop the habit of being in the state of clear intuition and joy. You may become aware of the road bumps of the coming day and negative thought patterns gradually change into positive ones.

Whatever you focus your attention on, consciously or subconsciously, will be attracted into your life. Visualizations can help us expand so that stagnated and worn out beliefs can drop away.

Why use visualizations for your paintings

When we work creatively with our desires -doing a creative visualization or drawing or writing about them - they become very charged and are far more likely to manifest. Being creative with an open heart inevitably brings more beauty, joy, and happiness into our life.

Here's how that worked for me. When I first started painting places I had visited in meditation, I realized that as I was painting them I brought the energy from these places not only into my painting but also into my life and into other's lives too. My life was becoming the paintings.

Add Sound to Your Visualization

We are ultimately pure energy vibrating in light and sound. For a creative visualization to be really powerful try working with sound as well.

We resonate with the sounds we hear. That's why we all like different kinds of music because we are made up not only light vibrations but sound too. Some sounds are extremely charged and can hook you up with your higher self. When you sing these sounds with love in your heart you have the formula for a direct dial to soul.

The sound of HU is a sound that resonates with soul. It is a very pure sound and can gently open the heart. It is an ancient sound that has been used for millennium. You sing Huuuuu in a long drawn out breath repeatedly. It can feel strange at first when you are not used to it but after a while as you soften with it, it feels very peaceful. I use it whenever I feel I need some guidance, to calm down, to feel some love and mainly as a way of keeping me dialed in.

If you sing this every day, you gradually start resonating with Love and the creative flow more and more and therefore become a magnet for it.
