Have you ever felt or seen a very pure being of love that was not in a physical body? There are many definitions of angels but for this course we’ll define them as a being of pure love, who may or may not have wings.
Over 3 weeks you are invited to paint and draw, in realism or abstraction, an angel by your side. I truly believe that we all have beings of light with us. I have been blessed to experience this, usually in troubled times. We are not aware of it most of the time because we are not tuning into it. When we paint or draw something we start to bring it into being just by putting so much creativity and focus into it. Essentially you are painting the feeling of being loved unconditionally into your life and this changes the way you experience relationships and stressful times.
Each week I will do a guided meditation to help you learn how to tune into these being of love who are there to guide and love you.
We will do warms ups to help you learn how to express the presence of an angel in abstract colours first. This will also help you learn how to express this feeling of a loving and guiding presence.
Art skills:
You’ll learn about making subtle shifts in tones and colours and how to capture radiance.
How to mix colours.
How to express feelings in colour and light.
Understand the elements of balance and design.
How to work with gold leaf.
You may do a series of small pieces or work on one large piece.
All art materials are provided. ( Unless you use oils in which case you can bring your own or pay extra)
Morning tea is provided.
$210 early bird (includes GST) by July 23rd Otherwise $240.
Pay $100 deposit to book your place and pay the balance on week 1 or by arrangement.
Venue: East Fremantle Home Studio
If you can’t attend on your day one week you can swop to the Friday or Saturday class if there is space.
